Language team leader Spanish & Dutch
Arjan Vaders is language team leader Spanish and Dutch and coaches team leaders of new languages. He served as a missionary in Peru and is grateful to lead teams to deliver on the GlobalRize “from screen to church” strategy.

André Scholten
Online marketer
André Scholten is online marketer. His responsibilities include posting articles to Biblword.net, maintaining the GlobalRize.nl website, and developing websites in new languages.

Jelle Kaptijn
Head of Marketing, IT & Design
Jelle Kaptijn is head of Marketing, IT & Design. In this role he is also part of the GlobalRize Management Team. Before that he worked at various webshops.

Teun van Loon
Online marketer
Teun van Loon is an online marketer and is involved in subtitling videos, Google advertisements, scheduling content on Facebook, and promoting the growth and reach of our English Twitter account.

Diederik Koops
Financial administrator
Diederik Koops is a financial administrator. In this position, he is involved in general ledger, debtor and creditor administration and payroll processing. He also provides general support at the office.

HR coordinator
Naomi Dickhof studied Social Work and Services and then completed a master’s degree in Sociology. Within GlobalRize she works as an HR coordinator. In practice, this means that she is involved in writing and rolling out the policy for both employees and volunteers. She also takes on a number of HR tasks.

Emmie Kaljouw – Conijn
Project manager
As a project manager, Emmie is involved in pastors training, YouVersion reading plans and an increasing number of tasks within the English language team, among other things. Previously, Emmie worked in radiotherapy for 17 years, where she was involved in international studies and conferences in addition to treating patients. She also studied Theology.

Albert David Bakker
Programmer
As a programmer, Albert David is involved in the development and maintenance of software for GlobalRize on a daily basis. After attending a bible school, he wants to dedicate himself to spreading the Gospel.

Netty van de Berg
Relationship manager
Netty van de Berg is a relationship manager. She contributes to the GlobalRize network of entrepreneurs and churches. By developing and creating more meaningful relationships she helps build a solid foundation for our organization and mission.

Rob Boerma
Head of Operations
Rob works at GlobalRize as Head of Operations. He is involved in the organization of human resources, secretariat, administration and accommodation, reports and project work.

Marijke Reedijk
Team leader graphic designers
Marijke Reedijk is team leader of the graphic designers. Together with a team of designers, she creates weekly images for the Dutch and English pages on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, Marijke takes care of GlobalRize’s printing and promotional material.

Johan Klaver
Software developer
Johan Klaver is software developer at GlobalRize. His main project is the development of our online course platform Learnnn.com. He started out as a hobbyist, after which he pursued training as a programmer. Now he puts his IT talents to use for God’s Kingdom.
