Two sisters have crawled behind their sewing machine and make beautiful utensils, the proceeds of which are intended for the GlobalRize Mission House. Do you need a bible cover, shopping bag or baby shower gifts? Order it from Maria or Liesbeth – this way you will receive unique, sustainable items and support the construction of our Zendingshuis!
The sisters make maternity gifts, bible covers, kitchen aprons, potholders, oven mitts and bags!

Maria and Liesbeth are creative all-rounders who like to use their hobby for God’s Kingdom. Maria: “I think it is extremely important that the gospel of Jesus Christ is spread and that the lives of as many people as possible are changed and restored. That is why I like to use my creativity to make beautiful utensils in the form of self-sewn Bible covers, bags, oven mitts, coasters and kitchen aprons.’
Liesbeth longs for people worldwide to hear the joyful gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ. ‘I myself can experience every day how important a personal faith in God is. Every day I can rely on Him in all the things I do. I may know that He is with me and that gives so much peace; I wish that for everyone.’
The things the sisters make are unique and sustainable. Maria: ‘I received a lot of fabrics, I reuse several fabrics, and some are new or made from new fabric remnants. It is great fun to see what you can do with leftovers or reuse pieces of clothing for another great cause. All items can be washed in the washing machine. The fabrics I use are different every time, but a color preference can be specified.’

Liesbeth also makes Bible covers. A cover costs € 15. Color and design in consultation. When ordering, state the length, width and back size of your bible.
