GlobalRize takes the Gospel online. Every month, tens of millions of internet users around the world are reached through social media, websites, and apps. GlobalRize focuses on building personal connections. We do this in many languages through online chat and Bible courses.
We are also active on Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube in many languages. Our chat volunteers respond to messages across all these channels, leading to hundreds of personal conversations every day.
We are looking for volunteers who would like to join our chat team and guide seekers in their exploration of the Christian faith.
About the role
- Responding to new chat messages during your shift
- Engaging in personal conversations with people — both Christians and non-Christians — who reach out through our chat channels
Your profile
- You are passionate about Jesus Christ
- You have a mature faith
- You seek to live in obedience to God
- You have been baptized and are an active member of a local, Bible-believing church
- You are enthusiastic about sharing the Gospel and able to discuss matters of faith in a way that non-Christians can understand
- You are equipped for pastoral conversations, both in terms of Bible knowledge and fluency in English
- You are open to feedback and willing to ask for help when needed
- You preferably have access to a computer (not just a phone), internet access, and basic computer skills
- You are available for at least 2–4 hours per week for this volunteer position
